why don't I see an option for expedited or express shipping at checkout?
This is most likely an oversized item or custom order, which are never available for Expedited or Express shipping. If you want to know which item is ineligible, check the "Shipping & Delivery Details" link on the product page.
when do surcharges apply?
Surcharges are placed on select oversized items. These charges are clearly noted in the "Shipping & Delivery Details" link on each of our product pages, during the checkout process, and prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).
what if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by email or phone if there are any delays in shipping.
can I use an international credit card to place an order?
Yes! However, these orders cannot be placed on our website. If you would like to pay with an international credit card, please contact our customer service department at 1.800.495.8577 and we will gladly place the order for you.
how do you ship gift cards?
Gift cards are shipped free of charge and separately from regular merchandise via First Class U.S. Postal Service. Gift cards usually ship within two business days. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. Gift cards may be shipped to U.S. addresses only. When calculating your order's shipping charge, the value of the gift card does not count towards your total purchase amount and will not affect the shipping charges assigned to non-gift card purchases.
who is your carrier?
Depending on your order size, packages are shipped via UPS and LTL Freight.
